A warm and spiced cranberry cider perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 1 gallon cranberry juice
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for at least 1 hour, or up to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Strain out the fruit and spices before serving.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For a stronger spice flavor, add more cinnamon sticks or cloves.
- Adjust brown sugar to your desired sweetness.
- This cider can be made ahead and reheated.
