Instructions
- Combine bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, pecan liqueur, bitters, and egg white (if using) in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with pecan halves and a cinnamon stick.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the bourbon and pecan liqueur. Increase maple syrup to 1 oz and add a splash of non-alcoholic whiskey alternative if desired.
