- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cooked sweet potato or pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground cloves
- 4–6 ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine almond milk, Greek yogurt, sweet potato or pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
