Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a small amount of extra milk and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use frozen milk cubes instead of fresh milk.
- Add 1 scoop of protein powder for an extra protein boost.
