Instructions
- Gently muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup in the bottom of a Julep cup or rocks glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour the bourbon over the ice.
- Stir gently until the glass is frosted.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
