A simple recipe for a satisfying chicken Caesar salad wrapped in a tortilla.

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked, chopped chicken breast
- 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the chopped romaine lettuce in a bowl.
- Add the chopped chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper to the lettuce.
- Mix all ingredients gently until the lettuce and chicken are coated with the dressing.
- Spoon the mixture evenly down the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then tightly roll the tortilla from the bottom up to form a wrap.
- Cut the wrap in half if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
- For a crispier wrap, lightly toast the tortilla before filling.
