Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced apple, celery, and red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and sugar.
  3. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken and apple mixture. Stir gently until everything is coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  5. Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto the lettuce leaves or tortillas.
  6. Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
