Ingredients

- 4 large carrots, peeled and trimmed
- 1 apple, cored and quartered
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1/4 cup water (optional, for desired consistency)
Instructions
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Cut carrots, apple, ginger, and lemon into pieces that fit your juicer’s chute.
- Process all ingredients through your juicer.
- Stir in water if a thinner consistency is desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- For a sweeter juice, use a sweeter apple variety.
- Adjust ginger to your taste preference.
- Freshly made juice is best consumed immediately.
