- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 0.5 oz Grenadine
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Ice
- Garnish: Orange slice, Maraschino cherry
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add white rum, dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine, lime juice, and bitters.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less grenadine.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and increase the juices.
