- 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine mango cubes, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a ripe mango for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to your preference.
- You can use frozen mango for a thicker lassi.
- Add a pinch of saffron for extra flavor and color.
