A simple smoothie with banana and caramel flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, frozen
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place the frozen bananas, milk, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a small amount of extra milk and blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top before serving, if desired.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use only one banana and add a few more ice cubes.
- You can substitute regular milk with almond milk or soy milk for a different flavor base.
