Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen bananas, milk, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a small amount of extra milk and blend again.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  5. Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, use only one banana and add a few more ice cubes.
  • You can substitute regular milk with almond milk or soy milk for a different flavor base.
