Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Stretch out your pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the pumpkin puree with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Toss the mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Scatter the seasoned vegetables over the pumpkin base.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve immediately.
