Description

Cook juicy burgers quickly using your Ninja Foodi air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: cheese slices, lettuce, tomato, onion, condiments

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, gently mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Do not overmix.
  2. Form the mixture into four equal patties, making a small indentation in the center of each patty.
  3. Preheat your Ninja Foodi air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  5. Air fry for 8 minutes.
  6. Flip the patties. If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty now.
  7. Air fry for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (160°F for medium).
  8. While the burgers finish cooking, lightly toast the buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes, if desired.
  9. Remove burgers from the air fryer and assemble with your preferred toppings.

Notes

  • For thicker patties, you may need to increase the cooking time by 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Patty thickness should be about 3/4 inch for best results in the air fryer.
