- 4 cups black tea, brewed and chilled
- 1/2 cup milk or creamer
- 1/4 cup brown sugar syrup (or to taste)

Instructions
- Cook tapioca pearls according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large glass, combine the cooked tapioca pearls and brown sugar syrup.
- Add ice cubes to the glass.
- Pour in the chilled black tea.
- Add milk or creamer to your preference.
- Stir well and serve immediately with a wide straw.
