Description
A refreshing and aromatic citrus tonic with blooming jasmine.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh jasmine flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices or jasmine sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add jasmine flowers. Let steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the jasmine water and let cool completely.
- In a pitcher, combine the cooled jasmine water, lemon juice, lime juice, and honey or agave nectar. Stir well.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the jasmine citrus tonic over ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices or jasmine sprigs.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
- For a stronger jasmine flavor, steep the flowers for a longer time.
- You can use dried jasmine flowers if fresh are not available. Use about half the amount of dried flowers.
