Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh jasmine flowers
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices or jasmine sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and add jasmine flowers. Let steep for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Strain the jasmine water and let cool completely.
  4. In a pitcher, combine the cooled jasmine water, lemon juice, lime juice, and honey or agave nectar. Stir well.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the jasmine citrus tonic over ice.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices or jasmine sprigs.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • For a stronger jasmine flavor, steep the flowers for a longer time.
