- 1/2 cup jerk sauce

- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with jerk seasoning and olive oil.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Preheat your oven according to pizza crust package directions.
- Spread jerk sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Top with cooked jerk chicken, mozzarella cheese, diced pineapple, and red onion.
- Bake for the time recommended on the pizza crust package, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
