Description
Refreshing iced tea with berry and hibiscus flavors.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 quart water
- 2 hibiscus tea bags
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons sugar or other sweetener (optional)
- Ice
- Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add hibiscus tea bags and mixed berries.
- Let steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the tea bags and berries.
- Stir in sugar or sweetener if desired.
- Chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice with lemon slices if desired.
Notes
- Adjust steeping time for desired tea strength.
- Use any type of mixed berries you prefer.
- Sweeten to your taste or omit sugar for a sugar-free option.
