Description

A quick recipe for a satisfying chicken wrap featuring BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until the chicken is coated.
  2. Warm the tortillas slightly if desired.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat. Spread half of the ranch dressing down the center.
  4. Top the ranch dressing with half of the BBQ chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with lettuce and cheddar cheese.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
  7. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
  8. Cut wraps in half before serving.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
