- 1 lb lobster tails, cooked and shelled
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon jerk seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, snipped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and jerk seasoning; cook for one minute until fragrant.
- Add cooked lobster meat to the skillet and cook for two minutes, stirring gently.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked orzo to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly.
- Stir in fresh parsley and chives.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute pre-cooked shrimp for lobster if desired.
- Adjust the amount of jerk seasoning based on your preference for heat.
