Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Combine banana, oats, milk, honey (if using), and cinnamon (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker shake, add a few ice cubes before blending.
- You can add other fruits like berries or a spoonful of nut butter for extra flavor and nutrients.
