Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the mashed banana, cream cheese, and cinnamon until combined. This is your filling.
  2. Take two slices of bread. Spread half of the banana filling evenly on one slice. Top with the second slice of bread to create a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining bread and filling.
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides completely.
  5. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
