A quick and easy recipe for perfectly sautéed baby bok choy, a healthy and flavorful side dish.

- 1 lb baby bok choy, washed and halved lengthwise
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the baby bok choy, cut-side down, to the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are lightly browned.
- Flip the bok choy and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic.
- Ensure you don’t overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
