Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby bok choy, washed and halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the baby bok choy, cut-side down, to the skillet.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are lightly browned.
  5. Flip the bok choy and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  6. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately.
