A quick recipe for savory Asian sesame noodles.
Ingredients

- 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or ramen)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, ginger, garlic, and chili garlic sauce, if using.
- Place the drained noodles in a large bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
- Serve immediately or chill for later. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked shredded chicken or edamame for extra protein.
- Adjust the amount of chili garlic sauce to control the spice level.
