Ingredients

- 1/2 lemon, peeled (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

- For a sweeter juice, use sweeter apple varieties like Fuji or Gala.
- Adjust the amount of ginger to your preference.
