Description
A refreshing, non-alcoholic drink made with apple cider and spices.
Ingredients

- 2 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 thin apple slices for garnish
Instructions
- Pour apple cider into a small saucepan.
- Add the cinnamon stick to the cider.
- Heat the cider gently over medium-low heat until warm, about 5 minutes. Do not boil.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the cinnamon steep for 10 minutes.
- Remove and discard the cinnamon stick.
- Divide the warm cider between two glasses.
- Stir in the lime juice in each glass.
- Top each serving with sparkling water.
- Garnish each glass with an apple slice.
Notes
- You can chill the cider mixture instead of warming it for a cold beverage.
- Use apple juice if you prefer a sweeter base.
