- 1 cup almonds, soaked overnight
- 4–5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the soaked almonds.
- Combine almonds, dates, almond milk, and water in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.

- Soaking almonds makes them easier to blend and digest.
