Ingredients

- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 2 pitted Medjool dates
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or fewer dates.
- For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen banana or a few ice cubes.
- Soaking almonds overnight can make the smoothie even creamier.
