Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Form the mixture into four equal patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent bulging.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the turkey patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. You may need to cook in batches.
  6. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through the cooking time, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately on buns with your preferred toppings.

Notes

  • For juicier burgers, you can add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the meat mixture.
