Description
Simple recipe for crispy Brussels sprouts cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and remove any loose outer leaves.
- Cut any large sprouts in half.
- Place the sprouts in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
- Place the seasoned sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are tender inside and crispy outside.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, toss with balsamic vinegar after cooking.
- If you prefer softer sprouts, reduce the cooking time by 2 minutes.
