Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes well under running water. Pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
  2. Pierce each potato several times deeply with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes all over with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the salt and pepper evenly over the skins.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
  6. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 45 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
  7. Check for doneness by squeezing the potato; it should yield easily. If not done, continue cooking in 5-minute increments.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your preferred toppings.
