A refreshing and festive watermelon chia fresca perfect for the 4th of July.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar (or to taste)
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend watermelon until smooth.
- Strain watermelon juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Stir in chia seeds, lime juice, agave nectar, and cold water.
- Let sit for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow chia seeds to swell.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- For a fizzier drink, use sparkling water instead of still water.
- Garnish with lime slices or fresh mint.
