Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until slushy.
