A refreshing and festive raspberry lassi perfect for the 4th of July.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine raspberries, yogurt, milk, honey or sugar, and cardamom (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until slushy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Use frozen raspberries for a thicker lassi.
- Garnish with a few fresh raspberries or a mint sprig.
