A refreshing red, white, and blue mojito cooler perfect for 4th of July celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 2 cups club soda
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine strawberries and sugar. Let sit for 15 minutes to macerate.
  2. In a large pitcher, muddle mint leaves with lime juice.
  3. Add macerated strawberries, rum, and blueberries to the pitcher.
  4. Fill glasses with ice.
  5. Pour the mixture over ice, filling about two-thirds of the glass.
  6. Top with club soda.
  7. Stir gently and garnish with extra mint leaves, strawberries, or blueberries if desired.
