A festive and refreshing punch perfect for your 4th of July celebration.
Ingredients

- 8 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups chilled seltzer or sparkling water
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
- Stir in the chilled seltzer or sparkling water.
- Add the fresh blueberries to the pitcher.
- Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve over ice, if desired.
Notes
- For an alcoholic version, add 1-2 cups of white rum or vodka.
- Adjust the sugar to your preferred sweetness.
- You can use other berries like raspberries or strawberries.
